The brownie is a dessert that everyone loves, the texture and intense flavor of chocolate are very typical of brownies, and, although people do not associate it with a healthy dessert, this version is, and does not resign flavor or texture .
The brownies are easy to make, and these more, so I do not know who really buys boxed brownies, that preparation is already made, which, personally, I think is crap haha.
The soft texture and moisture of this recipe are due to the sweet potato, and let me tell you that if you have not added sweet potato to your desserts you are missing one of the pillars of healthy desserts, vegetables in sweet things. And the sweet potato is the richest and most versatile of all.

In addition to sweet potato, the recipe has large amounts of chocolate, melted chocolate and cacao, which gives it that strong chocolate flavor that we mentioned before, typical of a good brownie.
The other ingredients are oats, you can use gluten-free oats for a brownie suitable for celiacs, and muscovado or coconut sugar. So this recipe is vagan, it can be gluten free, healthy, very easy to make and very delicious, so, what is your excuse for not making homemade brownies now?
