Super simple to make, they only take 20 minutes and 8 ingredients, and are more than rich and a little addictive!
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Put the first 5 ingredients (the wet ones including the sugar) in a big bowl, beat until everything is well integrated.
Add the dry ingredients little by little except the chocolate and mix. Once all mixed put the chocolate and mix again. It must be a sticky mixture but not too liquid.
Put the mixture in a mold with parchment paper and floured, of about 20x30 cm and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
*You can use an Orgran type egg replacement, or prepare one with 1 teaspoon of flax flour and 3 tablespoons of water for each egg, mix and let stand 15 minutes.
