A tart with raw crust, and a super creamy chocolate mousse filling made with tofu and melted chocolate.
Process the nuts until there are no large pieces of them. Add the dates and process until everything is well integrated. Add the oil and process once more. It must be a homogenous mixture, that you can make a ball without it breaking
Put the mixture in a tart mold of 12x30cm (you can use a round mold about 18cm in diameter) and press well against the bottom and edges. Cool for one hour
Process the tofu together with the milk until you get a creamy mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients and process *
Put the mousse on the base and cool until it hardens.
Decorate with fruit and enjoy! Keep it in the refrigerator
* You will get a fairly liquid consistency, but do not worry, when chilling, chocolate and coconut oil will make the mixture harden and remain with the consistency of mousse
