Preheat the oven to 190°C
Put the beans and peanut butter in a processor until you get a homogeneous mixture without large pieces of beans.
In a bowl beat the eggs together with the sugar, oil, vanilla, and milk. Add the melted chocolate and mix gently until everything is well integrated.
Add the mixture of beans and peanut butter to the chocolate mixture and mix well. Add all the dry ingredients and mix until you get a homogenous mixture, without lumps, it must be a wet mixture. If necessary add more milk.
Put the mixture in a 20x30 mold with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until it is dry on top but still a little wet inside. Cool before cutting
Melt the chocolate along with the oil. You can use the microwave. Heat the milk until it is warm and mix everything. Put the ganache on the brownies and cool for 2 hours
* You can use an Orgran type egg replacement, or prepare one with 1 teaspoon of flax flour and 3 tablespoons of water for each egg, mix and let stand 15 minutes.
