The sweet potato is ideal for sweet baked goods, you never tried it? Well, this is a good way to test it for the first time

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup spelt flour
  • 3/4 cup chocolate spread* or melted dark chocolate**
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 medium cooked sweet potatoes (about two cups)
**Chocolate spread:
  • 1/2 cup cup melted coconut oil (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
**If you use the melted chocolate add -2 Tbsp melted coconut oil and 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Process all the ingredients in a food processor, the consistency should be exactly the same as that of a classic brownie, super sticky, with a lot of chocolate smell and quite liquid; put in a mold with parchment paper, add two tablespoons of chocolate spread overhead and bake for 20 minutes at 200 ℃ or until it´s dry on the outside but inside still a bit wet. Let cool and enjoy
  2. Chocolate spread: Mix well, is delicious to put on pancakes or crepes, and is a good replacement if you don´t have dark chocolate
