It is full of good fats, with healthy and nourishing ingredients like avocado, bananas, and cacao. Yes, I said avocado, but I swear you will not feel even a hint of salad flavor!

Chocolate pudding
Simple, creamy, and healthy! The perfect dessert for all the chocolate lovers
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 ripe bananas
- 100 g dark chocolate, melted
- 3/4 cup coconut milk 150ml
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted 80ml
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey 120ml
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder 22.5g
Instructions

Process the bananas together with the avocados until you get a cream. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until everything is well integrated and homogeneous. Divide the mixture into 4 individual pots or in large one and cool for 2 hours. Keep in the refrigerator up to 48 hours.
