Breakfast crumble
Berry filling and a healthy crumble with only 4 ingredients that will blow your mind.
Ingredients
Filling
- 1/4 cup chopped strawberries 45g
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam 40g
- 1 mashed banana
Crumble
- 3 Tbsp instant oats
- 4 Tbsp raw almonds
- 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp muscovado or coconut sugar
Instructions
Filling

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Mix the fruit with the jam and put in the skillet
Crumble

Process the oats along with the almonds, add the peanut butter and the sugar and process again until there are no large pieces of almonds.

Put on the filling and bake until golden brown on top.

Eat still hot with a little ice cream and your favorite sauce

Crumble para el desayuno
Relleno de frutos rojos y un crumble saludable de solo 4 ingredintes que te volara la cabeza.
Ingredients
Relleno
- 1/4 taza frutillas picadas 45g
- 1/4 taza mermelada de frambuesas 40g
- 1 banana aplastada
Crumble
- 3 Cdas avena instantanea
- 4 Cdas almendras
- 1 Cda Mantequilla de maní
- 1 Cda azucar mascabo o de coco
Instructions
Relleno

Precalentar el horno a 200°C

Mezclar la fruta con la mermelada y poner en el molde.
Crumbe

Procesar la avena junto con las almendras, agrgar la mantequilla de mani y el azucar y procesar de nuevo hasta que no queden pedazos de almendras demasiado grandes.

Poner sobre el relleno y hornear hasta que este dorado por encima.

Comer caliente con un poco de helado y salsa de tu gusto
