Have you ever tried the combination of beet and chocolate? If you have not tried it yet, you should do it right now. I love bars, easy to make and fun to eat, and if they have chocolate they are even better. These bounty bars are a real flavor bomb!

Beet bounty bars
Super delicious and nutritious bars with only 5 ingredients ... and chocolate!
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup coconut cream*
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 Tbsp beetroot powder**
- 100 g dark chocolate at least 80%
Process the coconut products and syrup or honey until a homogenous and sticky mixture is obtained. Add the beet powder and process again.
Put the mixture in a square mold of 20x20. Press well and cool for 2 hours.
Melt the chocolate, cut the bars and bathe each one of these. Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm again.
*Or you can use coconut milk refrigerated all night.
**You can replace it with two tablespoons of beet juice
