And if I tell you that the most delicious mousse on the planet is not made with egg whites or aquafaba? Well, this avocado-based mousse (yes, avocado, what you put in your salad or inside a sandwich) is undoubtedly the most delicious mousse in the world. The avocado gives it an amazing creaminess, and when it´s mixed with dark chocolate you will not feel the taste of avocado, it will remind you of a classic chocolate mousse, but a thousand times better!
The base of hazelnuts and chocolate, without oven, has nutella flavor, super simple and with only 3 ingredients. And some cherries on top give it a fresh touch that goes great with chocolate.
Do you dare to try the recipe? You will not regret! Hello Gaspar, is it possible to swap the hazelnut with any other nuts like almond or walnut (maybe pecan)? Hazelnut is a little hard to come by from where I am.
Hey! Sorry for the delay, with pecans would be really awesome! Almonds sure work great too, if you try the recipe let me know!!!
These tarts are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I love how healthy they are too because they look absolutely decadent. Beautiful photography, Gaspar!
Thank you so much, Nisha!!!! You are so sweet
Hi Gaspar,
Your inspirational! You create beautiful edible works of art!
May I ask is it possible to swap dates for raisins and if so what would the quantity be please?
Of course, raisins instead of dates it’s a great idea. I would use 2 cups of raisins soaked for 2 hours and drained. Let me know if you try it!!!!
