Super fast, and a really delicious replacement to the classic panna cotta, it's a light and super creamy dessert perfect for a sweet craving.

Ingredients
1cupcoconut milk(full fat is better)
1tspagar agar powder
2Tbspmuscovado or coconut sugar
2Tbspblueberry powder
Blueberry coulis:
1/2cupblueberries(fresh or frozen)
1/4tspvanilla extract
Juice of half orange
2Tbspcoconut or muscovado sugar
Matcha cream:
2Tbspcoconut cream or full-fat coconut milk chilled overnight
1tspmaple syrup
1tspgreen matcha
Instructions
Panna cotta:
Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend well. Put the mixture in a saucepan over medium heat until it boils, mixing all the time. Reduce the heat to the minimum and continue mixing for two minutes. Put in muffin molds. Put in the refrigerator and refrigerate about 2 hours.
Berry coulis:
Put the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and mix every few seconds until the blueberries are very soft. Crush the blueberries or process them for a few seconds. Return to the pot and cook until it turns into a thick sauce. Let cool
