Super delicious and nutritious bars with only 5 ingredients ... and chocolate!
Process the coconut products and syrup or honey until a homogenous and sticky mixture is obtained. Add the beet powder and process again.
Put the mixture in a square mold of 20x20. Press well and cool for 2 hours.
Melt the chocolate, cut the bars and bathe each one of these. Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm again.
*Or you can use coconut milk refrigerated all night.
**You can replace it with two tablespoons of beet juice
