Wholewheat galette

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

Galette, does it sound good to you? It’s like a tart but more simple, a French tart, and one of my fav desserts/snacks. Who doesn’t love a crunchy and simple crust with a juicy filling? Super quickly to make and goes perfectly with ice cream or cream.

This recipe is with wholewheat flour, but if you’re looking for a gluten-free you can visit and try this recipe Buckwheat galette

The orange filling is amazingly delicious, and that I don’t love orange! With vanilla ice cream, banana or cream of your choice, this will become your favorite recipe!

Do you dare to try the recipe? You will not regret! If the tests tell me, send me an email or comment in the blog post how it came out, if you liked it, or that you would change it, I would love to listen to the advice of those who try my recipes! And if you share a photo on your Instagram or stories tag me like @gaspic_healthyberry so I can see it and I’ll share you in my stories!

  4. Peel and slice the oranges.

  5. Remove the mixture from the refrigerator. Form 4 equal discs of half-cm thick, on a floured roasting pan. Fill with the oranges and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the base is browned gold.

  6. Accompany with ice cream or cream of your choice, when it is still hot is better!

Recipe Notes

* You can use an Orgran type egg replacement, or prepare one with 1 teaspoon of flax flour and 3 tablespoons of water for each egg, mix and let stand 15 minutes.
