Do you like peanut butter? And no bake desserts? So this is your recipe, it will become your favorite tart as it happened to me!!! Quick to make, just with a few ingredients, only 6 to make the whole tart, with a naturally sweetened crust and an extremely creamy and decadent filling.
I have also added a touch of chocolate, with chocolate chips and melted chocolate, I recommend it, it is a winning combination!

No bake peanut butter cream tarts
Only 6 simple ingredients to make this super tart!
Ingredients
Crust
- 2 cups raw chopped walnuts 300g
- 1 cup raisisns 160g
- 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 22ml
Filling
- 2/3 cup natural peanut butter 150g
- 1/3 cup coconut cream 70ml
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup 110g
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 22ml
Instructions
Crust

Soak the raisins in hot water for 30 minutes. Drain

Process the nuts until you get a fine flour. Add the raisins and process until you have a homogenous paste. Add the other ingredients of the base, process again for a few seconds, only to integrate.

Divide the mixture into two round tart molds about 12cm in diameter.
Filling

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed.

Divide the filling in two and put it on the crusts.

You can be decorated with chopped nuts, peanuts, and melted chocolate.

Cool for 1 hour before eating, keep in the refrigerator.
