I want to tell you that neither I, nor anyone from the gaspichealthyberry team, will take charge if you try and become addicted to these cookies like us, it is recommended to eat them in moderation and not make them more than 4 times a week haha.

Hazelnuts with chocolate, I think everyone knows this combo thanks to nutella (although it has little and nothing of hazelnuts and a lot of sugar and fat) but it is a combination that is really great. And in these cookies, with a brownie texture, we can appreciate it very well.
These cookies are super easy to make, you will only need 1 bowl, 5 minutes to make them and some more time to cook them, and some super-easy-to-get ingredients, among which there is NO flour of any kind since these cookies are flourless. and also vegan (in addition to healthy and GF).
A smooth texture, with a cracked exterior that reminds a lot of brownies make these cookies an ideal option for those who love chocolate, nuts and cookies as much as I do!

Do you dare to try the recipe? You will not regret!
